Welcome to Bestisure (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, browsing this portal, activating any package, or utilizing our digital wallet and marketing tools, you (the "Member", "User", or "Affiliate") unequivocally agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately refrain from creating an account or using any service provided on bestisure.com. Continued access constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these terms and any subsequent revisions.

To register an account and participate on the Bestisure platform, you must meet the following mandatory eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Indian law.
• Single Identity Rule: Only one individual account is permitted per Permanent Account Number (PAN) and individual identity. Creation of duplicate, proxy, or fictitious accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and verifiable information during registration, including your legal name, mobile number, email address, and residential state.
• Credential Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, password, and transaction PIN. Bestisure is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

Bestisure offers tiered commercial packages (including Twin / Prestige and Tier / Imperial series) designed for affiliates and platform members.

Upon successful payment and activation through verified payment channels (Bank Gateway, IMPS/NEFT, or authorized USDT transfers), the system issues an official GST-compliant digital invoice accessible under your Invoices Archive. Activations are non-transferable between different user IDs.

Active package holders are eligible to receive automated commercial daily returns of up to 0.5% per day across their activated packages, credited directly into their digital wallet.

• Automated Crediting: Daily returns are calculated and credited automatically by our smart ledger system. No manual scratch card is required.
• Earning Duration: Daily benefits continue until reaching the specified package return ceiling or contract term defined upon activation.
• Commercial Basis: Returns are generated through corporate trading, commerce, platform services, and revenue-sharing initiatives. They do not constitute interest on banking deposits.

Members choosing to participate in the optional Bestisure Affiliate Marketing Program are entitled to referral and team commissions based on genuine business volume:

• Twin Team (Binary Pairing): In the Twin plan, team growth is tracked along two team positions. Pair matching commissions are computed on balanced volume between both positions.
• Smart Auto-Placement: New direct referrals placed via auto-mode are systematically positioned in your sponsor's weaker side for maximum team symmetry and pairing efficiency.
• Daily Capping: To ensure long-term stability, binary pairing bonuses and affiliate rewards are subject to daily ceiling caps corresponding to the activated package rank.
• Anti-Stacking Policy: Artificial clustering or self-referring multiple accounts under one's own link is strictly forbidden and subject to commission forfeiture.

Earnings and daily returns are tracked in specialized internal digital wallets: Pro Wallet (affiliate & bonus earnings) and Term Wallet (package term returns).

• Withdrawal Requests: Members can request payouts to their verified Indian bank accounts (IMPS/NEFT) or authorized USDT wallet addresses.
• Working Day Processing: Bank payouts are processed exclusively during working business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and National Bank Holidays).
• Statutory TDS Deductions: In compliance with Section 194H / 194R of the Indian Income Tax Act, applicable Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and standard administrative charges are deducted from gross payout amounts.
• Account Name Match: The bank account name must strictly match the verified PAN card name submitted during KYC. Payouts to third-party bank accounts will be rejected automatically.

Bestisure strictly adheres to Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards established by regulatory authorities:

• Mandatory Verification: Members must upload clear copies of their PAN Card, government-issued identity proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / Passport), and a bank passbook or cancelled cheque.
• Withdrawal Gate: Payout capabilities remain locked until KYC documents have been reviewed and approved by the compliance team.
• Fraud Prevention: Any account attempting to route funds using forged documents or stolen credentials will be immediately terminated and reported to law enforcement.

Every member agrees to uphold the highest standard of ethical conduct while representing or promoting Bestisure:

• No Misleading Reward Claims: You must never advertise exaggerated, guaranteed, or misleading earning figures to prospective members.
• No Cross-Sponsoring: Attempting to induce existing members of another affiliate team to transfer sponsors or re-register is strictly forbidden.
• No Defamatory Conduct: Spreading unverified rumors, false allegations, or defamatory content against the Company or fellow members will result in immediate legal action.
• Anti-Spamming: Unsolicited automated messages, mass email spamming, or disruptive social media campaigns using the Bestisure brand are prohibited.

All proprietary content, brand logos, software source code, graphics, user interface designs, and promotional collateral on bestisure.com are the sole intellectual property of Bestisure. Members are granted a limited, revocable license to utilize official promotional materials solely for authorized affiliate marketing purposes without alteration.

Bestisure operates a commercial affiliate and rewards platform. The platform does not operate as a commercial bank, non-banking financial company (NBFC), or registered stock broker.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bestisure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from technical interruptions, server maintenance, network delays, or regulatory restrictions beyond our reasonable control.

Bestisure reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to issue warnings, freeze balances, suspend services, or permanently terminate the account of any Member found in breach of these Terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, or violating Indian regulatory statutes.

In the event of account termination for severe misconduct, all accrued but unpaid referral bonuses may be forfeited to offset damages incurred by the Company.

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
